Weight Loss Expectations

How much weight can I safely lose in a week?

While everyone is different, most of our clients lose between ¼ to ½ pound per day. That typically adds up to 10% of your body weight (or about two clothing sizes) in 6-8 weeks. Some clients, like Lou, have lost as much as 9 pounds in a single week, but remember – your results may vary based on your starting point and individual factors.
